Gloves - Shinobi's TekouI believe they have Discipline +10 also. I think it got cut off in the screen shot.

Do you have be either a rogue, or ranger fighter? i.e. do you just need 1 level of one of those classes? or do you need to have all three classes?
BTW, the +50% speed boost DOES work, but it doesnt stack with Haste, so....Not that effective.
